Each session addresses your areas of concern and with a look at any pertinent chart transits, and will also draw on my additional professional skills. No two sessions need to follow the same format, though continuity is maintained through reference to your birth chart. I’m a consulting hypnotist, a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and I conform to the Guild’s Code of Ethics. As one of the healing arts, client-based hypnosis is language-based professional support to help you move in the direction you deeply want to go. Some of the hypnosis skills I use to achieve that goal include guided imagery, anchoring, Eriksonian techniques and re-framing self-talk.
