Storytelling
I’ve been described as a master storyteller. And, you know, I have to admit it’s true. Early in my life I was an art teacher in a primary school. Five or six times a day I’d walk into a room of five, six, or seven year olds with some goal I wanted them to get excited about, work toward, accomplish and then clean up after, all within half an hour. (For the eight year old “big kids”I had 45 minutes.) It’s like what it must mean to do stand up comedy and, if so, yes, some audiences are tougher than others. What got the kids on my side? I was an engaging storyteller.
Good visual prompts helped, too. I’ll be bringing those in as my site reconstruction continues. …tale to be continued… Come back in a few days.)
